The Grand Opening Ceremony
The Grand Opening Ceremony took place on the 2 May 2007, attended by 500 residents and friends under sunny blue skys. It was a huge success.

There was dancing on Willifield Green, Sir Donald Sinden presented a Henrietta Barnett rose to the owners of the first two cottages and Rudi Vis MP cut a tape to officialy open the proceedings.
Afterwards everyone was invited to sandwiches and a glass of champagne courtesy of the Residents Association in Fellowship House. Photos: Nigel Sutton.
